After recent conversations with various groups of people, I decided that I would like to shed some light on the frequently tabooed subject matter of Consensual Rape Scenes in Sexual Role-play. I am under no circumstances encouraging rape in its actual definition. I will be discussing a sexual role-play scenario between willing, prepared, enthusiastic and consensual partners of legal age. I realize that the title and content of this article is going to raise controversy. Hopefully you will read all the way through before passing judgment on the widely practiced role-play scenario of consensual rape/simulated rape. As a member of the S&M scene in the New York City tri-state area for several years, I have attended hundreds of fetish/BDSM themed parties and events, hosted many and performed at several as well. These gatherings often have their own set of rules based on the venue management, the party producers and the type of crowd in attendance. But, no matter where the party is thrown and who the attendees may be, standard S&M party etiquette is always supposed to be taken into account and respected. It may very well be the first party you attend, but even lifetime players follow basic S&M Party Etiquette.

You will never come across a Mistress or Dominant of any kind that doesn’t get shivers of anticipation from the very mention of possibly being able to use “The Rack” or “The Wheel” in a session with their submissive. Several hundred years ago, to be told you were going to experience a form of capital punishment like those pretty much meant you were going to suffer tremendously and then eventually be killed or die from your injuries.
