Stressed about fitting into that bikini? How to lose those pounds!
Shedding pounds to look bodacious in that skimpy bikini can be a challenge. Routines can turn into roadblocks when you are trying to lose even ten pounds. Not everyone’s budget allows for a trainer. So here are a few lifestyle tips from the trainers at the U.S. Athletic Training Center located 515 Madison Avenue.

1. Replace your morning muffin or croissant with fresh fruit. Muffins are another word for cake and croissants are little French donuts.
2. Cut the snacking. Chips, cookies, chocolate will keep the pounds on.
3. Drinking one cocktail is the equivalent of having a candy bar. If you're a heavy drinker cut back and you will see results.
4. Spend some quality time in the gym. Forty minutes of cardio will take the pounds off, but only if combined with a healthy diet.
5. Do not eat late at night. If you really want to lose wait eat before seven pm.
6. Know what is in your lunch. Many of the sandwiches are made with mayonnaise or come with a sauce. It is fine to eat a bigger meal at lunch, but skipping on the dressings will put you on the road to being a 20th Century Fox.
7. If you have the money hire a trainer. They can make what is there already tighter and leaner.
The number one way to lose the pounds is motivation. It's a switch in your head. Being determined is all within you. Start by passing on some of your favorite foods, and before you know it your diet will begin to change.
